The Australian Industrial Relations Commission has notified the CEPU that the hearing on our application for a protected industrial action ballot will be heard tomorrow (Thursday), 11am.

The Commission will hear from both the CEPU and Telstra and make a decision on how it wishes to manage the submissions of both parties.

This won't be a straight-forward affair now - because Telstra has said it will oppose the application.

• It's worth remembering that Telstra is opposing your right to vote on industrial action that they have said won't affect them!
